• Any opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original condition.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged on delivery or incorrect.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery (according to postal tracking).
• Include a description and photo of the issue.
• We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (your choice, based on stock availability).
